Can you disguise your license plate so that speed cameras can't photograph your tag?

I've heard of different sprays or plastic you can use that will obscure the photograph. Anyone know? Gotta website?

Mythbusters on Discovery Chanel did a special on this. Nothing could beat a speed camera, even a car going 250 mph. The sprays, plastics, and coverings actually made it easier to read. Check it out in reruns.

In PA it is a violation if you do anything to obsure the license plate.
You can send everything the DMV has ever given you back to them and sever your contract with them.

Then the police subsidiary of the government corporation will have no jurisdiction over you.
.
just drive right and u wont have to worry about it!
and it keeps the rest of us safe!
nope MythBusters already tried that one.
Well I have seen a special license plate holder with slanted glass covering the license plate so that cameras and other things can not read your license plate number. However disguising your license plate for that is kinda illegal isn't it?
Yes, saw one the other day...but it could end up costing you for display.its really cheaper and better all the way around to just slow down..give it some thought??
They make a clear tag cover. That you can see through from behind, but any angle will distort the image.
Thouroughly tested on Mythbusters, not possible.
Yes, there is an overlay that will only permit viewing from a tight angle which the cameras can't handle! Just smear some grease on the plate, and if the donut eating jerk as something to say then tell him It's dirty what do want from me!
No you can't; and those sprays are just scams (they sell them because they know you can't go to the police to complain after they refuse to give your money back).

The only way would be to cover the tag (with anything, even with those clear anti-camera plastics); BUT then you would be stop and arrested and your car confiscated by any police officer.
no. nothing works even though there are a ton of things on the market. and i'm pretty sure its illegal in most states
Ever seen those idiots driving around with colored plastic over their plates? That'd be those. They're illegal. Stop speeding through intersections and you'll be fine, otherwise I hope you get pulled over for screwing with your plates to try and get out of a ticket...
