I am 17 and was in a car accident he hit me first while i was going straight on the carpool lane?

the other guy was in his 20's and everybody is against me the cops him...
my friend was also with me and saw what happend!

AND EVEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND RIGHT NOW THIS IS NOT FAIR I WANT TO DEFEND MYSELF BECAUSE THIS IS WRONG! AFTER HE HIT ME I SWERVED AND HIT HIM AND IT WENT ALL BAD NOW HE WANTS TO SUE ME!?!?!?! HELP ME OUT PLEASE

Why on earth would you swirve back and hit him? This is real life, not a movie.
Go to the doctor and get checked out, maybe you might have soemthing to sue him for? I agree, get a lawyer...
