Who can you contact when someone is commiting insurance fraud?
I know someone that is bragging on how he has sued a retail store for a high settlement, and here he is 5 years later...making himself get hurt in another retail store and is currently suing again, he claims he wants to make sure he retires early. This person already has been making arrangements to buy a new home. He complains to the insurance company that he aches all over..but laughs behind close doors on how he gives his pills to friends and family. I feel this is disgusting and i wonder if because of people like this is why the insurance market is so high. How could i put in a complaint annomously and to whom?

Many, Many, MANY PEOPLE PAY FOR INSURANCE FOR YEARS AND YEARS and then have a fender bender or your roof blow off th house the INSURANCE COMPANY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT b-u-t THEY WILL INCREASE YOUR PREMIUMS....is that cheating?? WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE MON EY PEOPLE PAID AND NEVER USE?
DID YOU KNOW THAT SOME PEOPLE CANNOT TAKE PRESCRIBED MEDICINE cos some pills cost 5,10, 20,50 dollars for ONE PILL.. the pharmaceutical companies are cheating like mad and NOT BECAUSE LITTLE GUYS like the one you are talking about is making them do it. THEY ARE CHARGING LIKE THAT BECAUSE OF GREED!!!
IT'S O.K. to be a busy-body and soooooo HONEST, but being fair is part of being honest so BE FAIR CHECK out the people who are REALLY CHEATING THE LIL GUYS.
I think it is sooooooooo unfair how some of our laws are HOW SOME PEOPLE THINK, for instance, A GOVERNMENT WORKER ie SCOTTER LIBBY GET PARDON FOR PRACTICALLY SELLING OUT AMERICA while A BUM ON THE STREET WITH A stick of POT in his hands get JAIL SENTENCES???
Look how many people are in prison for 3 or more years because of cocaine, marajuana WHILE LINDIE, GORE, AND SOME OTHER PUBLIC FIGURES get a little slap on the wrist. IS JUSTICE SYSTEM BEING HONEST?
Someone working in the bank behind the counter and rob the bank blind or rob the bank of millions with his clever pencil and paper will get out of going to prison because he can afford a clever lawyer, while the little guy on the outside of the counter get 10 years for robbing a bank of two or three dollars because he had a court appointed lawyer who will get paid whether he care about his client or not. IS THAT JUSTICE?? Are you going to write your congress and complain about the dishonesty in the justice department?
WHOM EVER THIS PERSON IS THAT IS SO REPUGNANT TO YOU WILL GET WHATEVER IS COMING..I wouldn't have the nerve OR EVEN WANT to do what he is doing because I BELIEVE THERE IS A JUDGE GREATER than you and the insurance company, BUT I ALSO WOULD NOT BE A TATTLE TALE AND JUDGE HIM; the bible tells us "Lk:6:37: Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:!"

Your state's Department of Insurance website would be a start; they will investigate the complaint, and make recommendations to the DA or AG if the "Injured Worker" should be prosecuted.
