What are the consequences if you get caught driving underage without a license?



Answer:
in PA your license will be suspended before you even apply for it. Plus you'll get whacked with no insurance on top of that. That is an automatic 2 yrs. for first offense plus some very nice fines around 1,000.00.

Getting arrested.
Don't do it. You will not be elligible to get your license untill you are 21. Also it won't look good on insurance when you finally can drive a car. Oh and i am pretty sure there is a fine as well.
