I have asked to see the evidence as i have not done this crime as they say i have and i am very angry....what shall i do what are my rights can they do this to me?

Hi, the same thing happened to me at starbucks and I am looking for someone to explain. They said I signed in on a till that came upforty bucks short and I had to sign a corrective action for it. I'd try to contact the corporate office of whatever the company you work for is. Since it is a bar you might try the better business bureau and check if they're a member. Also, if memory serves me, all bars need liqour licenses, so they must have filed with the county, state and even the city to get a ficticious business name. Try your local civic suit first. Find how much you lost because of it and sue. They may not even want to go to court.

Talk to the person that wrote the letter. Ask why you are being dismissed and if it is for an offense that was recorded ask to see the recording. If the person is unwilling to let you see the video then contact your local legal association for a professional opinion. Most cities have some legal resources available for free that will review the situation and let you know if you have grounds for further action
counter sue for wrongful termination.contact the us board of labor. Get an attorney.
They can and your recourse is to see a lawyer for civil court (not criminal). Do this because otherwise it will remain on your record.
Well if they are refusing to show you the "proof" than I would sue them for wrongful termination and for slander (accusing you of being a theif). I am pretty sure once you bring this up they will show the so called "evidence".

I am sorry :( Good luck!
