Male on male sexual harrassment.?
A guy started working with us for one day and is filing sexual harrasment charges on me because I showed my testicles to a group of guys whom he was a part of in a joking manner and he took offense. He quit the next day and told my boss his grandma died and then went to hr and gave this story. Does this guy have a case? He spoke with hr and they are pulling people in one at a time to ask about the incident. Any advice?

Yes, he does have a case..it doesn't matter that you thought or everyone esle in the group thought it was a "joke" or "funny" or that he didn't say anything about it at the time...it is still sexual harrassment.
Advice would be to look for a new job as soon as possible as you are likely to be terminated from this one.
