I think it could be that he's full ot it, but then again, this is Texas we're talking about. People down there, from what my NY boyfriend who lived there for years would say, are simple, and quick to judge (Just Hang 'Em! is their criminal justice slogan).
So, I have no idea what's the truth...

Nice gross generalizations. Yeah, we Texans are a group of our own, but please- this man is a dumb*ss, end of story. Lets all remember that the woman who sued Mcdonalds over a cup of coffee was from New Mexico.
Dumb people sue for dumb reasons because more often than not, large corporations would rather pay out a couple of bucks than deal with the bad publicity

people should take more responsibility for their actions. This is far from noble. If you were willing to cheat, you muct accept the possibility of consequences (like being caught). It sends to me like this guy just sees this as a potential way to loot this company.
