They stuff week old doughnuts down your throat till you puke. If you are caught smoking a cigarette while caught inside a building burglarizing it the penalty is greater.
Another feel good unenforceable law which is taking away the cops time from catching real criminals, which is what the cops would rather be doing anyway...

What are you smoking in your cigarette?Were you smoking one of those cigarettes,while writing this question?Maybe some states have laws about smoking while driving.If not what state of mind are you in?
I'm sure you must be talking about another country other than the USA. What can they do? Put you in Jail, make you do community service. Gave you a fine if your under age what kind of fine. Probably nothing.
