Bulling at work know your rights?
Answers:
I'm going to assume you want to know what YOUR rights are.
There just aren't many, I'm afraid, at least not in the U.S. anyway. Our labor laws are still just coming out of the stone age and people have very few options to resort to when bullying occurs in the workplace. We do have pretty effective laws against sexual harrassment and physical intimidation/threats, but there's not much you can do if a boss or a coworker otherwise harasses you or makes your life miserable. However, there are labor lawyers out there trying to get new statutes and case precedents established on the basis that everybody does have a legal right to a safe and healthy workplace. And when a workplace bully creates a hostile environment and interferes with his coworkers' ability to perform and cope with their jobs, then the business owner should be held accountable for any psychological trauma or even medical problems that can often result.
