Is it worth the effort to try to make things work out at work?

I’ve spoken with HR to try to resolve the problem. Now it’s a question of what am I doing wrong that my co-workers don’t speak to me. I like to communicate, Ive tried to reached out to them and I get no feedback. I have to work with these people I can’t do my job with out them. They ignore me all day long and they don’t let me do anything. Is it real worth staying here it might get worst once upper management pulls us together.

Answers:
If you have other options, move. If not, hang in there while you look for something without the harpies.
