Which has the most effect on insurance rates: nicotine, alcohol or obesity?

Answer:
Nicotene then obesity but both add a lot to life and health rates.

Alcohol, unless you have a severe drinking problem (multiple DUIs, arrests, medical issues) is a distant third.

No offer of insurance made. (legal disclaimer, see below).

I'm not sure, but I'll say obesity, then alcohol, and then nicotine. Seeing as heart disease is the number one killer in this country, and being grossly overweight is a major cause of heart disease, it only makes sense.
