Mackenzie Hall??
Hi everyone, I received a letter today from a company called mackenzie Hall,"We are attempting to contact the above named person, which is me regarding a personal matter" now I am a bit worried with regards to this letter, as it don't state whether or Not I owe any money to anyone, a letter to sue, no nothing, so I was wondering has anyone else had a letter from the same company simialr or the same to what i have received today?

They are a debt collection agency, and I have had problems with them too.
If the debt is not yours then make sure you contact them as they will phone, write, harrass you as much as they can unfortunately. They will also lie about what powers of recovery they have i.e threaten ing to send bailliffs etc.
I hope you can get rid of them.
Mackenzie Hall buys old debts and tries to collect on them. Do a search on them - lots of people posting their experiences (and complaints) with them.

Yeah me to, on 10th July, was a bit worried coz I've paid all my debts off. Did think God not more! So decided to bury my head in the sand but a few years ago there woz a similiar letter being sent out to get people to ring a really expensive call line, so sounds to me like same sort of thing, So woz relieved when I read you'd got one too!
