Whats should i do?
Ok i bought a chanel purse on the internet through this place called LiveDeal and i bought it on July 14 and i payed throught paypal and the person who was selling the purse doesnt have their own website anymore and they arent responding to my messages and they havent sent my purse yet. What can i do?

If LiveDeal, which I've never heard of, has a complaint department, tell them first. Then talk to PayPal, which I believe may have a dispute resolution division. They're set up for this sort of thing. Get busy immediately.
File a complaint with paypal.

I would report it to eBay corporate. I would definitely keep sending them messages but you may just have to take it as a loss...
contact paypal, they should have a way to return your money.
I would try to contact LiveDeal and see if they can track the persons ad and see if there is a search engine on LiveDeal where you could type in "Chanel purse".You need to consider where this purse is being shipped from because that will impact how long it takes to get here. I sold something on eBay once and the woman put in a complaint because she didn't receive it for 1 week. Well, by the time she paid it was 2 days after the sale ended which means 5 days left in the week and when you consider a weekend it only gives you 3 actual days since it was shipped. Do you remember if they said anything on their ad about shipping? Many commercial places say that shipping will be between 4 - 6 weeks. Hope this helps
