Im planning on moving out on my 18th birthday but the thing is i live in mississippi and from what i seen over a couple sites the age of majority over here is 21 but of all my young friends ive asked over here they say 18 and one of my friends mom that works for the cops or something like that says 18 also and im not sure if it is or not but here are some other ?s also i want to know..
could i be a minor at 18
can i get my own place at 18
can i get a tatoo without consent at 18
can i have a sexual realationship with someone who is over 21 and not get in trouble at 18
is there any curfew for being 18
can i enroll my ownself at college

can i enroll my ownself at college - Yes. However your parents income will have an affect on financial aid available to you until you are 24.

Once your 18 you can do whatever the heck you want legally but drink and I'm not sure about the will but I believe you can be even younger than 18.

some places may not rent to an 18 yr old. You may have to do some serious searching on that one.

you become a legal adult at age 18 however u may not be able to legally buy or drink alcohol. Dont go crazy on ur 18th bday tho! dont do anything u'll regret later on!
also, i live in california and to go in to an adult store u gotta be at least 18 so i dont know if the law differs. they usually say outside of the store.
ok a lot of questions. in the usa at the age of 18 you can do anything except drink alcohol or be president . you can sign contracts, get tattoos ,have a relationship with anybody who is over 18 but not younger, enroll at school, make a will, the bar sceen is 21 unless its a dance club, adult stores yes.

When you are 18 you are an ADULT.. You can do whatever you want without getting in trouble, unless it involves alcohol...
You must be 21 to drink, consume, or go into CERTAIN bars. Other than that, yes, you can do all that stuff.
the only time you can drink when your 18-20 is when you are legally married by the court. Everything else you can do well except rent a car unless yours is having work done or insurance is paying for it that's the laws in Texas
