Is it not time that they are charged for the services they receive it must cost at least £400 every time the Ambulance turns out let alone the Police time they absorb.They are mindless idiots who should be responsibly for their actions.Just where do they get the money from in particular kids of 13.

I don't drink but I smoke. This is exactly why I don't want government healthcare in America. I'd rather pay for my own consequences rather than be told what I'm allowed to do - pay into the system AND pay for my own bills :(
