Where do we stand, our rights???
If we came from Adam and Eva, why are we all driffent ,in all ways, why do popole have more rights than the next person ?

depends if you are religious or not if you are its all explained there why we all look different and speak different Lang. as for the rights issues it depends where you are anywhere but here those attached to the ruling class have better rights then those around them
in the us anyone different for any reason tends to have better rights for fear of upsetting them

Umm, we live in different countries/cultures. What, did you expect we'd all be living in the Garden of Eden and be exact clones of Adam and Eve?
because the human brain is not without bias. if we are all different than that would also mean that some are better than others. mix that with the personal bias, and you have some pretty easy tools to stereo-type, profile, and basicaly to be a Klan member if you want to.
it is human nature to think that we are better than someone else. the problem is that many people think that because we are better than others (or rather that one is worse than the other) that they somehow dont deserve the same things
who's this eva? we all evolved into different races of people with different skills and physiologies to help us survive of enviroments. some races developed greater intellects to survive more harsh enviroments these races emerged with societies that respected cooperation and delevoped law and "rights" the more primitives from enviroments that fostered that provided less harsh enviroment where hunter gatherers could survive never established this intellectual need for cooperation or "rights"
when the cultures collide the more evolved often have little respect for the primitives
