inadmissable evidence???if anyone with a legal background is reading this i would be gratefull of an answer
Answer:
only if the person you are recording knows they are being recorded
I think phone tapping has to be approved bt a magistrate before it can be used.
For it to be used in evidence the other person must know the conversation is being recorded and you must state at the begining of the phone call that it is being recorded. Hope this helps

Did you know that phone calls are recorded in the uk well yes you can it is legal as it is part of evidence so yeah you can use it as evidence .
I take it that you have the recording. Assuming that the person has been warned that the call is being reecorded, Yes. If you do not have the recording a Court Ordermaybe required but that is no guarantee because the recording mayhave been wiped
Yes it can.
Hope this helps,
A recording can only be applied to the people who took part in the call :)
phone tapping is currently not allowed as evidence in a court of law
only if the other person knows you are recording them, so it will not stand in court at all, keep safe all the best
