a mistake, negligence and criminal negligence?

A Mistake---I ran over your Grandpa with my car since I wasn't looking

Negligence--- I was kissing my girlfriend, not paying attention, and Grandpa got ran over


Criminal Negligence--- I paid a guy $50 to run over Grandpa while I made out with my girlfriend
