Does anyone else have a paycheck problem???
I have only been at this place for four months, I was paid on the 3rd of August . I put the paycheck into my account. I then started paying bills online , and then my account went into the negative, . so i called the bank and they told me the check from work was returned and it was no good.
one other person at work had the same problem and is now negative $300 bucks.
who is responsible for the overdraft fees, and how do i collect the money.
One other time we had to wait 2 weeks to get paid because the owners did not have enough money in the account.
it is a small company and has about 15 workers, they opened last halloween. We are still a month behind in getting paid.

I would contact your local labor board and also inform your employers you expect them to cover any fees from the bank because of issuing you a bad check. If you have to you may need to take them to court to recover your money.

Turn them into wage and labor. They should be responsible for your overdraft charges. Unfortunately you will probably have to pay them and then sue your company to recompense your losses.
I wouldn't stay at the company... Try to find another job, then take them to court for back pay.
You must politely look for a new job. It is just business. You are responsible for all bank fees.
Your boss should be reasonable. If not, do not use them as a reference.
Why in the world are you staying there? I would turn them into the Workforce Commission, or whatever Labor Board you have in your state. Then find another job.
