How does it affect your benefits,if you have a non dependent living with you,who works.and is your mum.?

Answer:
The same as if you had a partner living with you, it will be classed as income.

You will have to pay council tax on your house thats for sure. Maybe rent too! Housing benefit might be stopped and if you don't declare you have sombody living with you all your benefits will be stopped. They can treck who ever lives with you be there work be there national insurance. Yeah but if they keep taps on you and see sombody going in and out to work for over a week they will call you in for a interview and tape it.
She's not living with you - she's on holiday at your house.
