My cousin just got a DUI and the report said that he had amphetamines in his system. What is that?
His blood alchol was .07 but what is the substance that showed up as amphetamines? Crank? Coke? Cold/allergy medicine?

Most likely speed. aka crystal meth. Unless, perhaps, he is on ADHD medication, like Ritalin.. Ritalin, I believe, is an amphetamine....
I've never heard of amphetamine showing up for allergy medication....

I believe that would be speed, but I'm no drug expert. Loosely translated, it means he's in big trouble, because more than likely the drugs were illegal and not prescribed for him, and that plus the driving charge will get him a pretty long sentence. Hopefully he wasn't transporting it or dealing it, too.
