Do not legalize pot - you are opening a hornet nest - and those want to legalise - may be they are the ones that want you - it is the beginning of other drugs to take - please do not - I know what pain is - but I do not think taking pot is a cure - it is worse than drinking - and ordinary cigarettes

Oh yes, my opinion? Pot makes you lazy for the next couple of hours. That's...errr...about it. You get lazy because everything becomes EXTREMELY AWESOME...BUT, All Good and Glorely only leaves room for Depression is abused! Don't abuse it, and use it the same as the ancients did, to cure pain. It's like life in hyper-drive, and then you wake up all fat.

What's the question? Pot really is not worse then alcohol or cigarettes, and it is not ALWAYS a gateway drugs. Yes, some people do go on to use other drugs but not all. There are many medicinal applications for marijuana use but the FDA refuses to really consider the issue. They believe there are other drugs readily available, and they worry about the side effects of pot. While for heaven sakes all medications have many possible side effects. Pot can be taken in other ways besides smoking it. Some people have legitmate reasons for using it, and other medications may not have worked for them.
