Could International trade labor organizations be tried under the Economic Espionage Act of 1996.?

If it in fact can be proven that they have violated the terms contained therein?

Answers:
YES and NO

All law is territorial. If this act is an American act it can only be enforced within American jurisdiction.

Yes -
If the labor org was operating withint the US jurisdiction and did not comply with the law they can be tried.

otherwise - NO - acting outside of the US jurisdiction the US law has ZERO effect and the laws of the country which has jurisdiction are the ones that rule

I would think so. They are trying to control all trade on certain items at a international level. But who would charge them? Everything is controlled via the ultra rich and elite.
