Do I have to file a Pre-Calendar statement when I file my Notice of Cross-Appeal with the Appellate Div.?

I just won my most recent round in Supreme Court with my ex-husband who happens to be an Attorney. He has been dragging me through the Court system now for 7 years and 5 months. I've had to represent myself because I just don't have the money to pay an Attorney (my husband has paid out 270K in legal fees). I've never had to do work on the Appellate level and need to know if I have to file a Pre-Calendar Statement when I file my Notice of Cross- Appeal? I have looked all over the place to see if I have to file but can't find it anywhere.

Answer:
What state are you in? In my state (NJ) you don't. Have you gone to your state's judiciary website? They normally have pretty good directions for pro se applicants.
