What can I do? I got denied Unemployment,I worked there 8years and quit because of verbal and emotional abuse?

Answer:
You will not be able to collect if the employer disputes your right to the benefits AND they can prove it was justified. IF you kept accurate records, including handwritten notes, of the occurrances as they unfolded AND can prove that the work environment was hostile and abusive, you may be able to collect. The best thing to do is to quit trying to get money for nothing and go get another job.
I fugure you are one of these young people that feels "entitled" to benefits because they exist. You, that is.

Talk to a lawyer. That is honestly the best thing you can do. You might be able to sue them, but it is difficult and costly to do.
get another job?
Find a new job. You left voluntarily, so you really shouldn't be eligible for unemployment. That's for people who lost thier jobs due to matters out of their control.
get a lawyer that specializes in that - but it is so common that it would be hard to find a lawyer to take it.

most likely your co-workers would not stand by you - if they would that kind of activity would never be allowed.

good luck been there we probably all have .
Your first mistake was that you quit, You can not receive unemployment because you quit a job. If you can prove the abuse a lawyer might be able to get your unemployment but that is unlikely. Good Luck
If you voluntarily quit you're not entitled to unemployment. Verbal and emotional abuse is subjective. What is abusive to you, may not be abusive to another. I once employed my daughter. She quit after two weeks because I emotionally and verbally abused her. I treated her no different than any other employee but she felt abused mostly because I did not tolerate her being late for work. She didn't get unemployment either. Move on with your life. Good luck.
If you quit, not easy. Unfortunately the laws in a bunch of conservative states are virtually designed to make it impossible to quit your job and get any UI assistance. It would been better to get an attorney and file a lawsuit and let them fire you. Put simply you can actually fear for your life physically and quit, still unemployment won't sympathize. They will deny it you benifits. Now it would also be hard to get an attorney to help. You quit, and that classifies you as a disgruntled employee.
