If my son lost his ID card in another state how can I get him one in this state?

Answers:
Go back to the DMV with identification and replace a lost one. Might be possible on line as well; but I'm pretty sure YOU can't do it; HE has to

call the DMV - you will probably need his birth certificate, social security card, proof of current residence (peice of mail with his name and address on it) but i would call just to make sure.
you'll need his social security card and his official birth certificate to obtain a new state issued id.
