A violation in the constitution?
We all have the right to pursuit happiness. So if ignorance is bliss, and the children of America go to school and learn, therefore becoming less ignorant of the facts of the world, isn“t school a violation in the constitution?
Answer:
that is not a right in the Constitution it comes from the declaration of independence.Ignorance is bliss is from the book 1984. not an idea our forefathers fought for.
what is taught in school can sometimes be considered a violation of the constitution
You also have the right to pursue sadness, being miserable, being an idiot, a lot of things. It doesn't say anything about choosing ignorance, but the right is yours
Sounds good...but you need to attend more school to learn where you are getting these quotes from.
None of it is in the Constitution.
The right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness is in the Declaration of Independence.
Ignorance is bliss is not in any US document.
hmm, your right, but they always use other things in the constitution and that the constitution doesn't only mean one thing. there are the flexible and non-flexible. i forgot their political names but it doesn't matter. the flexible bend thing in the constitution and the non-flexible stick to it exactly. also, you don't want everyone in america being stupid right, i mean come on we rank under the middle east as 72 on the list. the Netherlands or Finland is the highest ranking i think.
