If a juvenile is arrested for breaking and entering, are those records considered public?

If so, how can they be obtained?

Answers:
Depends on the statutes (laws) of the state where the break in occurred. In most states, juvenile records are sealed and not released to the public through the freedom of information act. You can call your county courthouse to find out your states statutes on juvenile offenders.

Juvenile records are not open for public review!
I do not believe they are allowed to be public record if they are under 17 however anyone who works for the legal system should be able to find them. You can ask that they be expunged but I believe you would have to go to court for that.
