What can I do when I have a boss who treats her staff unfairly and doesn't give me very many hrs.?

My boss is trying to push out all her good qualified staff, by not giving them hours and hiring new staff to take over. I have pages of documentation with incidents of OH&S violations and mis-management and disrespect towards staff members. On average she loses more than one staff member every month, which is an extremely high turnover considering she only has maximum 12 staff at one time. She has also transferred me to a store which is an hour away from my home, from a store which is only 5minutes away and refuses to give me petrol money and has taken my hours down from 40hrs per week to around 10-20hrs. All this when I have never caused a problem, or done anything wrong. What can I do? I don't have enough money to take legal action (which she made sure of with no hours). I have got another job, but it does'nt start full time for another few weeks, so I cant afford to quit yet. I just want some form of justice.

Answer:
Try passing on copies of your documentation to her supervisor and farther up the company ladder. If it's like anywhere else, nothing will probably happen, but it's worth a try.

Discuss the matter with Human Resources
Find another job. It sounds like you really want revenge.
since you have another job, forget about it.
first off dont discuss it with human resources they just go back to the boss. I think you should just go ahead and quit what is a few weeks . is a few weeks worth your sanity? you have to ask yourself this . good luck .

Most companies will have an open door policy in which you can talk to your boss' boss or human resources without fear of repercussion. I would however really take a look at your action while you are at work, are you spending the majority of your time complaining about what a bad boss you have or are you working your butt off and doing your job correctly? Remember that employee's will tell their boss stuff to make them look better and get more hours, that includes telling about another employee that bitches constantly about what a bad boss she has.
