In the state of Oklahoma how does DHS figure how much child support an individual will pay?

I live in Oklahoma.

they go by the income of the one who has to pay it and take a percentage of it.
I think the attorney general makes the figure, depending on income, number of children and the % varies depending on if the children have the same mother or not.
