If Someone press charges on you and they lied about the charges, can I press charges back?

Answers:
were you arrested...who's your lawyer, can you prove they lied, file.

In most states there will be a crime of something like "false prosecution." It would have to be the police and prosecutors bringing the charges but you could call them and ask if there should be charges brought.

You might also have a defamation claim if people found out about your arrest. You should see a lawyer.
I don’t know but I am only a few points from the next level!
