My landlord installed a camera looking out of his office in the lobby, without notice?

I am in Ontario Canada and my Landlord installed what looks to be a webcam looking out his office in the lobby of my building. Is it legal to install a camera without notice like he did? Does he have to put up a sign stating that it is installed?

Camera's are everywhere, don't you just love it? :-/

Yes, it's legal. It's on his property and it's not located inside any tenant's personal living area. The general rule is if it's legal for you to be there, then it's legal for you to have a camera there (restrooms would be a exception).
