Is this right?

i live on an army base and i am a 15 year old i was picked up by the mps army cops and i was charged with 5 differnt things but the mps have no proof only things other people siad and they say thats all they need to convit me i have to go to a make shift court called a juvenile review board were 10 commity leders jude me and they can kick me off the base make me to service etc ok so here the probmle can they do this with only statemints from other kids??
