Cops are looking for me?
i don't know why, i picked up my warrants from the post office, i already went to court, it's all due to an eviction, i believe. I never did anything else in their town and they came looking for me in my town. They did impound my truck a few months ago, but that was all taken care of that day? So why do you think they want me now?

It could be a clerical error in something not removed from the computer system. It could be an old ticket - maybe a parking ticket got stuck on your window once and blew away in the wind before you knew it was there. It could be a lot of things, but you need to deal with it regardless. Call the police station directly and just ask them. Tell them you just found out they are looking for you, and you would like to know why, since you no longer live there and were under the impression your business with them was finished. And do the right thing and turn yourself in if you need to. You can get an attorney to sort it out if you have to. Good luck.

I don't no what state your in but something really smell,s i would call the DA,S office they will give you your anwser.
Maybe you have some other charges aganist you; Have you ever thought of what might have been in your truck once it was impounded? drugs? etc?
I'm not sure you culd probably turn yourself in a get it over by asking what you did this time.
What should do is fake be'en crazy and they might cut you sum slack although they might put you in an institution but thats like a vacation.
dont call 911. if its not an emergency your commiting a felony. if theres warrants for you, then turn yourself in, pay the fine, bond out, and talk to a judge. show them that you want to sort it out.
I think the best way to know is to go at the sheriff office and ask them why they are after you,they suppose to give you an answer.
i would say the best thing if you really want to know is to call up the police station and just ask them. if your not in trubble any more theres no reason not to.
a simular thing happend to my friend who was pulled over and got a ticket for speeding preaty fast. the cops(small town) pulled him over like 3 times after for no violations just "checking up on him" well it was his dads car and they even pulled over his dad(no violation) and so his mom who was really anoyed(she was running for mayer at the time) called the poilce/ sheif up and asked about it and them complained. so the stopped their pulling over thing.
ya if your not in trubble any more call them and ask some questions. there to "serve and protect" and your tax dollars pay for there jobs so dont be worried to ask them questions! hope it helps!

Hmmm... R u absulutly positive you have all the warents taken care of because some times you can have more then one warrent out at a time. Some times there are fallow up court dates you are suposed to apear at for the same thing. They will put out another warrent for failure to apear. I sugjest calling the court house and asking if you have missed any court dates and if they say yes and you havn't been notified then tell them that you didn't get any notice and they will straighten it out and apoint you to another court date and if you do get put in jail then they will only keep you tere for a day or two and then take you to court and if you have a fine they will hold you for bale. Well the best thing I can tell you is...
Take all your papers, meaning, your court papers, the paid tickets, and every other legal papers you might have.
Take them to your precinct and find out what they want with you. Maybe their records are not updated or if it something other than what you think, you should find out now then later when you are really a wanted man.
