Has anyone received money they paid out for the poll tax? which is now council tax or was it just us in Scotla

think it's just you. we had to pay extra to make up for everyone else.

sounds like you either has council tax benefit backdates or for 101 reasons made exempt from the charge and that been backdated- happend all the time all over england and scotland,. that is why its so high only a minoriy of people actually pay it so they have to pay for everyone else
