Can someone give me a source that proves that pot is safer than cigaretts and alcohol.?

i would like to have a source becuase one of my friends thinks that she knows everything and thinks pot is worse than alcohol and cigaretts. im tryin to tell her the facts but she isnt listening. do you know a source that compares the three and gives details on why pot isnt as bad as the other two?

This is a sad myth created by potheads to try and justify their lifestyle
Basically, I don't consider it safer or worse...it's the same really.
Cigarettes destroy the lungs for the most part, Alcohol destroys the brain-cells and liver, Pot destroys one's aspirations to achieve major goals (active brain) and sometimes makes people fat (metabolism).
