Are there Equine lawyers?
If so please tell me about them. Like is it a specialization, or can any lawyer work with horse related cases?
Answers:
It's not common enough in most areas to be its own specialty, though I'd bet some parts of the country (in the back-country) there might be a few.
Generally, it's either going to be a contracts issue, a tort liability issue, a warranty issue -- or something obscure.
Any lawyer can work on any of these cases -- the law degree is a general degree -- but the lawyer would probably need to do some specialized research.
I've actually never heard of this specialization and I'm a law student! I did find a website you might find helpful though.
Yes, there are lawyers who have equine practices. Any lawyer can work on any type of case (as long as the case is not beyond their experience or knowledge, then it would be unethical to take the case). Here are some links, or you could check with your state bar association to see if they have an Equine practice group.
