Can you sue a someoone who pretends to be you and uses your private picture online??

yes you can sue them to the full extent of the law. that is conidered invasion of privacy and identy theft


Yes you can. However, you should report this to the police. It is a form of Identity Theft and also a form of Fraud. Both are criminal.
I do believe so. maybe it could be fraud and if they use your pic and do bad thing is grounds for suing
Tell the Content provider, that someone is impersonating you by posting your photograph online.Yahoo/Aol/My Space, wherever it's posted.

In the US, you can sue anyone for anything, all you need is a lawyer who smells a huge cash settlement.
