The law on toilets in the workplace?
There are 15 ppl at my work and the boss is thinking of shifting us back to our old office...only problem is there is only ONE toilet for all of us (men & women) to use and one of the guys has a less than satisfactory level of hygiene when it comes to the use of shared facilities ie I've lost track of the number of 'floaters' I've found after he's been in there.
I've told the boss my concerns but I'm wondering if there is some law in Australia on the number of toilets that must be provided dependent on staff numbers?? Have searched the web and come up with zilch.I'm desperate for a LEGAL excuse to not have to share the toilet with this pig of a man!!

I can't help you legally, but I must say, take it to the highest courts to demand your right to reasonably ****-less conditions!
Hold it option 2= find a new job with many toilet option 3 go outside or at next door facility
Call the Health Department and OSHA! Also the National Labor Relations Board! You can trash talk him on the ripoffreport.com. You could tip off the News Media!
Just pack a poloroid camera, and take pictures of his floaters and write in the white space"Courtesy Flush Requested", make copies and put his name on it if he doesn't get the hint the first time. If anything he'll quit or courtesy flush., Maybe he'll even wipe up his sprinkles.
