Answers:
Sorry I don't do homework for others, not ethical.
Did the suspect get read their miranda rights?
Were there any wittnesses?
Where is the suspect's lawyer?
Can you absolutly prove the evidence is mine..
Did you obtain the evidence legally and with a warrant, if applicable..
have you violated my rights by illegal search and seizure, etc
I guess it is what I would ask ..but I have a 100 percent clean criminal record/background..so I dont know exactly what I would ask unless I was in a situation where I need to ask
Why was he arrested? The circumstances of his arrest? What led to your obtaining the evidence? Not that it will matter. In Oklahoma courts I have been to it matters none. They use improper tactics to pull you over, sieze proprety, lie in court, etc... The courts are only worried about $$$$ justice isn't a factor. Corrupt cops are a given here, but they just resign and go to a different PD. It is very difficult to get help from any legal entity to prove them dirty. Cities have hired cops knowing they were dirty.
