Where can I report my employer?
I'm an employee of this company in the Philippines. I have a contract where my employer stated there that my allowance/salary will be given at a specific date. Until now, they're still not releasing my allowance and commissions. I didn't lack follow ups. What's the next thing to do????Where can I report them? Because I'm sooooo sick and tired of waiting and following them up!!

Are you still with the company? Does it involve a large amount?
Try www.DOLE.gov.ph or DOLE hotline (632) 527-8000 or your labor union, if any.
But you'd be wasting time, money and effort in filing such a complaint. Government agencies in the Philippines are probably the worst in resolving the problems of their complainants. If it only involves a small amount, just let it go, find another job. Even other lawyers would advise you the same. It just ain't worth it.
sue their asses
Court.
i'm not familiar with Filipino law but you can always report to the authorities
I am not sure of how it is in the Philippines but check and see if your government has a labor board or labor division. Start with you local government and procede as they advise. If you dont have a board they can advise you on how to procede. Good Luck.
take them to court
Is the company's corporation from the Philippines, or are they an international company with offices in the Philippines? Which country's laws are applicable may differ depending on your answer.
I'm not sure about your laws, but I would think there's a labor relations board where you live, you can report them there - or you can call an attorney and go to court, that'd cost a lot of money though.
Maybe threaten to seek justice through the media - if they know they're getting abad name in the newspaper and on television because they didn't pay you, they might be more willing to just write a check.
