Medicinal marijuana usage?
i live in a state that marijuana is not legal for medicinal purposes and i have a corneal degenerate eye disease which i'm being told that marijuana will help and i could get a RX for it but not in my state. now could i get a prescription from an out of state corneal specialist which is legal in that state for medicinal use and yet still reside my state. all i need to do is obtain proof i can get a RX for it for my eye condition weather i can legally use it or not in my state to avoid legal repracussions from a possession charge i got 2 months ago and my probation officer will excuse my use of marijuana legal or not so long as i can provide proof of a prescription weather i'm able to fill it or use the script here or not.

You can't. You'll have to break the law.
If memory serves, medical marijuana is not legal anywhere in the USA and you can thank hypocrite Bill Clinton for that.
Don't worry about the repercussions, do what you must to take care of yourself. Just don't buy more than an ounce at a time.
Very interesting. You have a decent PO. Not in my state of Okla-COMA.
you may find a state like california how ever the federal goverment will not recognize this, has to do with the connection of pot with the counter culture movements of the 60s, it should be legal for the recreational uses as well as for your eye problems. good luck
Medicinal marijuana is responsible for my wife being alive today! I hope you can get to use it for your condition. There might be a hemp info source in your area. Maybe you should consider moving to a state that allows the use of cannabis.
It's so weird that there is so much mis-information about med-pot.
Why do sick people have to grow it by themselves? Do sick people have to 'make' any other medicine? Could anyone be able to 'make' their own aspirin? What if a person is too ill to set up and operate a 'grow room? Why should a person be forced to wait for 3 or 4 months to be able to harvest? What is the real issue of med-pot? I think it's the drug corps. that are fighting against the med-pot!
