You cannot copyright your band's name it has to be trade marked. This requires a fee and paper work to be filed with the Federal Trade Mark and Copyright Office.
As for your songs, in order to copyright them all you need to do is print the following on the first page of each one: copyright 2007 by (your real name.)
You will also need to include anyone else that contributes to a song significantly (that is more than a few words of a small part of the music.) If they help write it they have to get credit for it to.
You can go online for copyright: google: ioc.gov/copyright/circs for a search. Follow the prompts, I believe you can complete the process here, otherwise hire a copyright lawyer. They are not all that expensive.
The songs are protected by copyright as soon as they are written. To register the copyright, you must file with the US Copyright Office in Washington DC. The bank name is can not by protected by copyright. It can be trademarked. That is done though the US Patent & Trademark Office.
