Do I need a license to sell non-prescription drugs?

I am starting a small business and want to sell non-prescription drugs like aspirin. Is there any special license I need to do that?

Answer:
There is no special license required to sell over the counter medications. You will, however, be required to obtain a retailers license. Contact your secretary of state's office.

D, that's called a drug a dealer. Just go out and score yourself some blow man, the profit margin is a lot higher.
There are a few factors involved with this one. First are you shipping across state & country borders? I'm sure it varies by state so I would contact the Food & Drug Administration for requirements. I really don't think you need a license to sell those products though.
