I had been working in Saudi Arabia for the last 8 years and I could not continue since I got sick during my?

vacation. I have to get the indemnity for the last 8 years, an amount totalling about 60,000 Saudi Riyals( 7 lakhs). Kindly tell me if I file the case in our high court, they have the power to help me to get this money from Saudi Arabia.?
