Estate agents..?

what do you think i will need to become one

other than being a lier and having no morals like i was advised last time lol

Answers:
A smart suit and a car.

Well, this is your chance to put estate agents onto a moral footing.
Go for it get the qualifications (see your local college syllabus), act like a real business, and I will buy a house from you.
However, you will probably have to train on the job in one of those places on the High St first.
Learn to spell liar but don't put it on your application form.

Seriously??

Just a good standard of GCSE in English. Maths and Geography. Maybe Art could be useful.

If you get beyond that into A levels etc then you will be aiming for a higher position more quickly.

Most of all you will need to be perceptive so you can see how to deal with pressure situations and turn them to your advantage.

If you are naturally manipulative and conniving you should fit in well very quickly, but remember what goes around comes around.
