We need some rights for men who are victims of provocative women at work.
Being a woman you have every right. Even men have rights against it these days. We had a man bring up sexual harrasment charges against another man at a place i worked at years back. And he won.
If you have evidence, take it to your human resources department. If they wont help, get an attorney. In fact you probably should get with an attorney right away. They can help you.
Victims, female and male, have the right to report the incident. It is also their responsibility to provide accurate and honest information that will prove their harrasment. They also have the right to be treated no differently by employers or fellow employees for reporting harrasment. Your hr department at work/school should be ableto answer your question in legal terms.
The right to stop being such a sensitive weakling
It's scary how few rights some people have.

I'm only a cashier at a grocery store (college student), but when I started working there, they made me sign an agreement that I would not file a lawsuit against the company or another employee at my store. If I do, then I lose my job. If I lose the lawsuit, then I must also pay for their fees. Pretty much, it makes sexual harassment legal. If I file a complaint and they don't do anything about it, there's no further action I can take without losing my job.

I'm only a cashier so it's not that bad, but if I were a manager and this was my career, it'd be pretty scary.
