Which legal fiction is better to have an inside look at the legal/judicial system?
Yes, an handbook is much better for that. I know. But I am after fiction works: novels, movies, tv serials and so on.

Your question is veramènt very difficult I think. Not for the language (that I mastic very well, as you can note) but for the thema, which (l'è mei cambià el pronòm for render more varius the discors) is davver little sfruttàt dal TV and dal CINE.

Me vegna in mind "Kramer against Kramer" for the judicial separation (dét anch: divorce), "Philadelphia" for the sexual discriminations, "The Devil's lawyer" for the moral injustice and for far capir to the people che l'vinca (det anch 'wins', per sfoggià a sinonim) semper el catìf...
