I need help my kids have been kidnapped by there mom what do do ive been everywere no one will help?

my ex-wife sent my daughter to west virginia without my consent now she has stolen my son while i was takeing care of my brother and this town im in wont do nothing about it i dont know what to do help me!!

Answers:
If you have custody of the children, you need to take your court order to the police station and file a report of custodial interference.

If the officer will not take a report, ask to speak to the watch commander.

Then I would suggest that you hire an attorney to represent you. You will need someone to represent your interests even though the District Attorney is supposed to prosecute your ex-wife.
If you can't afford one, contact the legal aid agency in your state.

more info...who has court ordered custody?..if you alone,call the po-leece...if you arent divroced or you have joint custody,call a lawyer and get before a judge for a writ

If your wife had primary custody, she can not kidnap them.
unfortunately since she is a parent most places will do nothing unless it has been established she is a threat to the children however you can hire a pi and have them track her down and you can go yourself to collect your kids but have a custody order with you stating you are the legal guardian i would also take her back to court and recommend supervised visitation and you have good grounds since she took them without your permission
And you posted on Answers instead of going to the police or the FBI? They're your only hope...

is there a reason why she would do it? are u abusive to them? think outside the box..if she is scared u will do something to them, maybe its good they are gone?
