Which country has the lowest moral in the world?

"moral", "morals" or "morale"? Which do you mean? Please edit, so we know!
Morality is relative, what is moral to you may be immoral to somebody else. Since not everybody lives in the same society/environment it is impossible to answer this, unless of course you give a basis. For instance, according to United Statesian principals what country etc.
Then you would have to agree on what are those United Statesian principals... lol
If you mean morals, as in ethical behavior, or not! That one is up for grabs!
If, however you mean morale, as in, not happy? There are too many to name! But, I'd start with the Sudan, followed by Nigeria, and any third world country! Take your pick?
I would have to say Iraq or Iran. I agree that it is relative. I chose those two because of the oppression of women and the lean towards violence in the name of religion. I think every country has a large amount of population with low morals.
It depends on what you define as good morals or not...to me it's all relative. To a Mormon fundamentalist it isn't. Since I don't believe in morals (only ethics) I can't respond to your question. Ask something more specific.
